At Clarks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear and accessories. Items must be returned in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and billing zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn items back in their original Clarks shoe box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping container.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return label from our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized UPS drop-off location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
